Back in 1987, God gave Pastor Toye Ademola a clear and powerful calling:

“There are millions of people roaming the streets as sheep without a shepherd. I am sending you to be their under-shepherd while I remain the Chief Shepherd.”

Twelve years later, that vision came to life—and on May 2, 1999, Dominion International Center held its very first service.
